Aims of the Hiram Trust
- To promote experiential learning in Steiner Waldorf Schools and educational initiatives in the UK by encouraging and developing activity in the 'outdoor classroom'
- To assist schools in the renewal of a practical skills curriculum
- To assist schools in recognizing the value of a curriculum where landscape, craft and science are purposefully integrated as a foundation for technology and environmental studies
- To support schools seeking to establish and maintain an ethos of education for sustainability
